Guangdong Sunpower Technology Industry Co.,Ltd.is specialized in manufacturing mobile accessories and electronic products. After ten years' development, we have become a high-tec enterprise which combines production with sales. At present, we have two plants:
A:Guangzhou Tianhe Technology Zone,11900 ฉO Plant.
a. Assembly shop:
กกกก1. 7 battery production lines and 7 backup lines,(production ability:1000000 sets/month);
กกกก2. One battery charger(AC/DC) production lines,(production ability:500000 pieces/month);
กกกก3. One battery charger production lines,(production ability: over 500000 pieces/month);
กกกก4. One battery circuit production lines (production ability: over 3000000 pieces/month);
b. Main equipments:
กกกก1. 3 sets of Branson brand computer-ultrasonic equipments made in USA, 20 sets of other brands;
กกกก2. 3 sets of Sonicsan***terial brand ultrasonic-welders, 25 sets of other brands; กกกก3. 15 sets of electronic core testing machines,type:BS-9083/512 point;
กกกก4. 2 sets of ultrasonic welding systems;
กกกก5. One set of circulatory welding machines and 2 sets of YAMAHA stamping machines.
กกกก6. One set of high&low temperature testing instrument, one set of color distinguishing instrument, and one set of grinding machine.
B. Zhongshan Torch High-Tec Development Zone (We own a land of 20000 ฉO and have built a 28000 ฉO plant):
a. Pattern shop includes:
กกกก1. One set of 3D Trace Scanner made by German COM co***ny;
กกกก2. One set of ROEDERS High Speed CNC for 3axis (42000rounds/min);
กกกก3. One set of MORI SEIKI high speed machining center imported from Japan;
กกกก4. 2 sets of DAHAN electrical discharge machine(pattern ability:60 sets/month) imported from Korea;
b. Plastic filler shop includes: 100 sets of machines made by Sumitom(including 5 sets of machines with manipulators), 200 sets of other brands,(production ability:33600000 pieces/month).
